Why travel so far for one, two or three-day retreats? Why can’t we just meet at the church?
 

  At Camp Trinity we are able to witness the significance of a retreat first-hand. A retreat is one of the most valuable experiences you can provide for your group or organization. What can you expect from a retreat? Retreating at camp is a contrast to everyday life. The contrast causes the senses of the participant to be heightened. Because the experience is beyond the traditional and familiar, participants are made ready for learning, discussing and dreaming. A retreat also provides a place away from the everyday distractions of life. This allows each retreat goer the freedom to focus on the task at hand, whether planning, brainstorming, problem solving, Bible study or just having fun. The only reason to look at the clock is to get to lunch on time.
